Carbon X Pro replaced the original Carbon X. It adds swappable batteries, an LED smart display and precision heat settings. Only the Pro is sold now.
Longest on the market. It ships with two swappable rechargeable batteries at 30 minutes each, 60 minutes total, and it runs while plugged in. Charge one while you use the other. A full charge takes about 3 hours.
Yes. Plug it in and use it with no battery wait.

Switch it off and let it cool fully. Brush trapped hair out of the bristles with an old toothbrush, wipe the bristles and body with a damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth. Never submerge it or run it under a tap.
Yes. It uses lithium-ion batteries, which are allowed on flights. Keep the tool and the spare battery in your hand luggage rather than hold luggage, as most airlines require for spare lithium batteries.
Yes. Any standard 1A or 2A USB wall adapter works with the supplied cable.
First, plug the magnetic cable straight into the tool without the charging dock. Second, try a different USB wall adapter, such as a phone charger. If it still will not charge, email support@thebeardstruggle.com; you are covered by the 1-year warranty.
